Job summary

Watts Water Technologies in Franklin, NH is seeking a detail‑oriented Cell Operator for 1st shift to assemble and test valves and components using assembly machinery. The role reports to the Production Supervisor and is based on site in Franklin, NH, with a 6:00am to 2:30pm schedule and overtime as needed.

You will follow instruction sheets, document quality checks, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while contributing to Watts’ mission to provide safe, clean water worldwide.

Qualifications

• Manual dexterity and the ability to stand for long periods.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and quality focus.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow prescribed assembly and test instructions to maintain quality standards.
• Test and/or package valves and components with proper labeling and materials.
• Complete production records and quality control documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety compliance on the manufacturing floor.
