Job summary

Watts Water Technologies in Franklin, NH is seeking a reliable assembler/tester to join the operations team. You will assemble and test valves and components using assembly machinery or jigs, working 1st shift 6am to 2:30pm with overtime as needed.

The role reports to the Production Supervisor and involves following assembly instructions, packing parts, completing production records, and maintaining safety and housekeeping standards on the manufacturing floor.

Qualifications

• Manual dexterity required for precise assembly and handling of small components.
• Detail-oriented approach to assembly, testing, packaging and documentation.
• Understanding of and adherence to safety practices and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Follow assembly instructions to maintain quality standards (A.T.I.).
• Test and/or package valves and components with proper labeling and materials.
• Complete production records and quality-control documentation.
• Perform repetitive valve/sub-part assembly.
• Maintain clean and safe work area per environmental and safety standards.
• Report quality or safety concerns immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
