CPV Manufacturing in Kennett Square, PA is seeking a Valve Assembler to join our team. The role focuses on producing valves and valve components, with a 6:30am–3:15pm shift Monday through Friday. Our team comprises just over 60 colleagues, enabling everyone to impact success and quality.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review work orders, instructions, blueprints, and parts lists to assemble valves.
• Clean valve and fittings per specified requirements.
• Visually inspect components for defects before assembly.
• Assemble products per drawings, instructions, and BOM.
• Conduct pressure tests to verify valve compliance.
• Record assembly/testing data per ISO 9001.
• Maintain tools and equipment, including preventative maintenance.
• Keep the work area safe and clean per procedures.
• Monitor and notify about inventory levels.
• Work in the cleanroom as required.
• Cross-train in other departments.
• Additional duties as assigned.

CPV Manufacturing, an industrial valve manufacturer located in Kennett Square, PA, is looking for a Valve Assembler to join our team. This position is focused on producing valves and valve components. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review the work order traveler, assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists to assemble valves and other components
• Clean valve and fitting assembly components following requirements that are called out
• Visually inspect components for defects prior to assembly
• Assemble product following engineering drawings, work instructions, and bill of materials
• Conduct pressure test on assembled valves to verify they meet requirements
• Record assembly and testing data using ISO 9001 documentation practices
• Maintain tools and equipment, including preventative maintenance
• Maintain safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
• Helps to maintain assembly area supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies and notifying supervisor when levels are low
• Work in the cleanroom when required, following all cleanroom procedures to assemble product in that environment
• Cross-train in other departments as needed
• Additional duties as assigned

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

• Work environment is on the plant floor
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
