Qualifications

• At least ten years of experience in a manufacturing and maintenance organization.
• Six Sigma and/or Lean/Continuous Improvement experience & certification preferred.
• Obtain internal Lean Green Belt certification and Kata coach within one year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Owns and drives the continuous improvement roadmap and implementation.
• Champions kaizen events focused on continuous improvement.
• Works cross-functionally with internal partners to achieve goals.
