Value Stream Manager

Seeking an experienced Value Stream Manager to lead operations across one or more plant value streams. The role focuses on implementing Lean System and Win Strategy to enhance safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Responsible for driving continuous improvement, optimizing production flow, managing budgets, and developing a high‑performing team.

Base Pay Range

$87,000.00/yr – $116,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and continuous improvement across production, supply chain, and quality functions.
• Drive lean initiatives, standard work practices, and 5S compliance to improve safety and efficiency.
• Facilitate team meetings, assign tasks, and maintain a culture of problem‑solving and accountability.
• Support creation and execution of value stream maps and improvement plans.
• Ensure cross‑training and development of associates to sustain productivity and operational excellence.
• Promote visual management tools (PDCA, tracking centers, team boards) to monitor progress and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in manufacturing operations or value stream leadership.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, MRP systems, and production processes.
