Legrand in West Hartford, CT seeks a Value Stream Manager to lead a manufacturing value stream within the Electrical Infrastructure division. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives while advancing continuous improvement initiatives and employee engagement.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering or related field and 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, with strong Lean and financial acumen to optimize performance and meet strategic goals.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing operations, supply chain, or related field.
• 5+ years manufacturing experience including direct supervision of hourly and salaried employees.
• Knowledge of Lean tools and continuous improvement practices.

Responsabilidades

• Manage value stream team to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory goals.
• Maintain a safe work environment and promote preventative culture per OSHA standards.
• Plan manpower, equipment, and space to meet value stream goals.
• Collect and report data to track performance and support problem solving.
• Eliminate waste via Lean tools and continuous improvement across the plant.
• Lead production supervisors and develop their teams.
• Enforce plant policies and foster teamwork across facilities.
