Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing operations, or related field.
• 5+ years manufacturing experience with supervision of hourly and salaried staff.
• Experience with Lean tools and continuous improvement programs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead value stream team to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory goals.
• Maintain a safe work environment and OSHA compliance.
• Plan manpower, equipment, and space for value stream needs.
• Collect and report data to track performance and drive problem solving.
• Control labor, overtime, capital, and operating expenditures.
• Drive Lean initiatives to eliminate waste and engage employees at all levels.
• Monitor value stream performance for production and quality.
• Develop production supervisors through leadership and training.
• Enforce plant policies and foster teamwork and cooperation.
• Ensure premium quality and customer service at all times.
