Job summary

Integra LifeSciences seeks a Senior Manager, Value Stream Leader to own end-to-end performance of a Tissue Technology production value stream. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost KPIs while overseeing staffing, training, and maintenance across shifts.

You will lead engineering studies, validations, and change control, partnering with QA/Regulatory to ensure FDA/ISO compliance. Strong leadership and Lean skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulated environments (medical device or pharma preferred).
• Leadership and team development across multiple shifts.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, regulatory and GMP requirements.
• Ability to lead engineering studies, validations, and change control processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and lead continuous EH&S engagement across the site.
• Coach and develop technicians, operators, managers, and engineers.
• Oversee staffing, training, and daily maintenance across shifts.
• Lead site planning, KPI tracking, and execution to meet objectives.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs for compliance.
