Job summary

BetterBody Foods in Lindon, UT is seeking a Value Stream Leader to guide day-to-day production on a 10-hour night shift. You will lead a team, manage line performance, and drive Lean initiatives to improve flow and reduce waste.

Responsibilities include staffing, KPI reporting, safety and quality compliance, and collaboration with QA, HR, maintenance and material handlers. Prior experience in GMP/FDA environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree required; experience considered in lieu of education.
• Minimum 2 years in a production leadership role.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks along the value stream production process.
• Optimize flow and reduce waste using lean tools.
• Monitors flow and usage of materials along the production process.
• Prepares daily/weekly/monthly KPIs for the shift.
• Ensures proper staffing within labor budget and coordinates with QA/HR/Maintenance/Material handlers.
• Oversees line setups/changeovers to maximize availability.
• Hires, supervises, and develops production personnel; conducts performance evaluations.
