Job summary

Betterbody-Foods- is seeking a Value Stream Leader to oversee day-to-day production activities on a shift and value stream. You will direct the team to meet schedules, coach contributors, and ensure safe, compliant operations.

The role requires 2+ years in production leadership, Lean knowledge, and bilingual English/Spanish. You will collaborate with QA, HR and maintenance to sustain quality and efficiency on a 10-hour night shift.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree; experience may substitute.
• Min 2 years in a production leadership role.
• Lean Manufacturing knowledge.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Experience in GMP/FDA environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate/Delegate tasks along the value stream production process.
• Optimize flow of work and reduce waste using lean tools.
• Ensure proper staffing within labor budget.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly KPIs production reports.
• Hire, supervise and develop production personnel; conduct performance reviews.
