Job summary

BetterBody Foods is seeking a Machine Operator to run and support production lines in Lindon, Utah. You will operate wet and dry lines, calibrate equipment, and ensure products meet quality and safety standards.

The role requires following cGMPs, SOPs, and sanitation requirements, lifting up to 50 pounds, and collaborating with the Value Stream Leader to meet daily production goals.

Overtime and weekend work may be required as part of shift coverage.

Qualifications

• Must have basic SOP training.
• Must have a minimum of 3 months production experience.
• Must be able to show practical competency at skill requirements per Operator training requirements.
• Must pass QA supervisor review per Operator training requirements.
• Must pass Facilities review per Operator training requirements.
• Must pass Sanitation review per Operator II training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work on wet and/or dry production lines.
• Ensure food products meet desired quality and safety standards.
• Learn and calibrate all equipment used on the lines.
• Troubleshoot basic problems on the equipment.
• Follow escalation process and fill out documentation correctly.
• Start/Stop/run equipment with or without supervisory presence.
• Meet or exceed daily production goals and assist with line breakdowns and reassembly.
• Clean, disassemble, and reassemble equipment as needed during cleans.
