Job summary

You will provide direction to ensure safe, efficient, and customer-focused operations while driving continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery, cost and engagement.

You will develop Area Coaches and value stream associates, oversee daily operations, and plan to achieve short- and long-term objectives while ensuring commitments are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business Management.
• Experience in forklift, automotive, or heavy equipment manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of AI tools and technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Area Coaches and value stream associates through coaching and performance management.
• Drive execution and sustainability of Lean principles across the value stream.
• Manage value stream performance with metrics, planning, and production execution.
• Lead continuous improvement and problem-solving to boost safety, quality, and productivity.
• Collaborate with EH&S, Quality, HR, and other teams to meet objectives.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance; conduct safety walks.
