Job summary

Sealed Air seeks a Value Stream Leader to drive manufacturing processes and continuous improvement under the Plant Manager. You will develop strategy, provide direction to performance leaders, and ensure execution of the production plan while aligning with global supply chain goals.

Responsibilities include coordinating with functional managers, achieving safety targets, and leading Lean Six-Sigma initiatives to optimize efficiency and quality at the Minnesota site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; technical and/or finance discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing work experience.
• Molding experience required.

Responsibilities

• Directs all activities related to operations and production per plan and goals.
• Collaborates to achieve safety and environmental objectives for the site.
• Sets short- and long-term production goals and manages the production plan.
• Leads Lean improvement projects and drives continuous improvement.
