Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, including leadership or management in process improvement.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean manufacturing principles and tools (Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S, Standard Work).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve improvements in lead time, quality, and cost.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify root causes, and implement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to optimize the end-to-end value stream, from raw material to customer delivery.
• Implement Lean manufacturing principles and tools to identify and eliminate waste within the value stream.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to improve KPIs such as lead time, quality, and cost.
• Facilitate regular value stream mapping sessions to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving throughout the value stream.
• Mentor and coach team members on Lean methodologies and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and successful implementation of initiatives.
