Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing operations experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven Lean manufacturing expertise and tools (Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S).
• Strong data-driven decision making and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and optimize end-to-end value streams to eliminate waste and improve flow.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for value stream health and progress.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for value stream transformation and growth.
• Facilitate problem-solving and root-cause analysis within the value stream to address bottlenecks.
