Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing operations experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven Lean manufacturing expertise with Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen and 5S.
• Track record of driving continuous improvement and measurable results.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and optimize value stream mapping processes to identify and eliminate waste.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve KPIs in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies.
• Manage the value stream from raw materials to customer delivery, ensuring efficient flow.
• Mentor and coach team members on Lean principles and problem-solving techniques.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Drive cultural change towards a continuous improvement mindset within the value stream.
