RTX in Goleta, CA is seeking a qualified professional for budget control and program management within a DoD-focused environment. The role emphasizes EAC development, EVM practices, IPDS gate activities, and supporting bid/proposal work and risk ownership.

The ideal candidate will have a STEM degree with 5+ years' experience, strong engineering/operations background, SAP PRISM familiarity, and superb communication skills. This is an onsite U.S. role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

What You Will Do

• Monitor and control budget; Estimate at Complete (EAC) development, analysis, and presentation, and understanding and use of Earned Value Management (EVM) Support Integrated Product Development System (IPDS) gate activities and administration, including bid and proposal activities and risk and opportunity ownership.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
• Experience in Engineering, Operations, Programs, Proposals and / or Project Management.
• U.S. Citizen - the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
• Computer proficiency with demonstrated ability to learn new software applications.
• Familiarity with Supply Chain Management, scheduling, and Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) systems (SAP PRISM).
• Experience in transition to production programs, supporting in an operations management position of leadership.
• IPDS Experience and excellent financial acumen.

Salary

The salary range for this role is 95,500 USD - 181,700 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
