GE Aerospace in Pompano Beach, FL is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing processes, ensure schedules are met, and uphold safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC) standards on high‑quality electrical power systems.
You will lead a lean, team‑based operation, drive continuous improvement, read engineering drawings for first-time builds, and collaborate with engineering, operations, and program management to resolve issues and deliver NPI and low-rate production.
Job Description Summary The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing manufacturing processes, ensuring that production schedules are met, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC). This role requires a deep understanding of manufacturing operations, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement. In this role, you will contribute to the production of advanced electrical components, modules and integrated systems that power commercial and military aircraft and vehicles as well as other mission systems. Our facility in Pompano Beach, FL specializes in producing high-quality electrical power systems, and other aerospace technologies that support both commercial and military aircraft, ground vehicles and other military and electrical power systems. This position requires U.S. citizenship status. Ability and willingness to sit on-site at the facility in Pompano Beach, FL. This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
