Job summary

Bruker Nano Surfaces and Metrology Division in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a Value Stream Lead for the Hysitron NanoIndentation product line. This hands-on role coordinates assembly, testing, and calibration while mentoring team members to uphold quality and efficiency.

You will partner with Engineering on new product introductions, drive continuous improvement, and ensure production schedules and delivery commitments are met in a lean environment using ERP systems.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in manufacturing with precision assembly of electro-mechanical devices.
• Associate’s or B.S. degree in Electronics, Manufacturing Technology or equivalent program.
• Experience with ERP systems and documentation control is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily work activities to meet production orders and delivery commitments.
• Perform precision assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of electro-mechanical components and systems.
• Train and mentor new and existing employees on assembly, test, repair procedures and quality standards.
• Monitor material availability, manage work order flow, and ensure accurate movement of materials.
• Collaborate with Engineering to support new product introductions and design/process changes.
