Job summary

Bruker is seeking a Value Stream Lead for our Eden Prairie, MN location to oversee the Hysitron NanoIndentation product line. The role is hands-on, including assembly, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting, and requires mentoring a small team to maintain quality and on-time delivery.

You will coordinate with Engineering to introduce new products and implement process improvements, manage materials flow, and monitor performance metrics to meet production commitments and safety standards.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience with precision assembly preferred.
• Associate's or B.S. in Electronics, Manufacturing Technology or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily work activities to meet production orders and delivery commitments.
• Perform precision assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of electromechanical components and systems.
• Train and mentor employees on assembly, test, safety, and quality standards.
• Monitor material availability and manage work order flow with proper documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering on new product introductions and process changes.
