Bruker Nano Surfaces and Metrology Division in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a Value Stream Lead to oversee assembly, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of the Hysitron NanoIndentation line. The role guides production schedules, drives process improvements, and mentors a team to sustain high quality and efficiency.

The position requires hands‑on leadership, coordination with Engineering, and a focus on material flow, training, and continuous improvement to meet delivery commitments.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment with precision assembly of electro‑mechanical devices.
• Associate’s or B.S. degree in Electronics, Manufacturing Technology or equivalent program is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily work activities to ensure production orders, repair work, and delivery commitments are met.
• Perform precision assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of electro‑mechanical components and systems.
• Train and mentor new and existing employees on assembly processes, test procedures, repair procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Monitor material availability, manage work order flow, and ensure accurate movement of materials and documentation through the value stream.
• Collaborate with Engineering to support new product introductions, prototype builds, and implementation of design or process changes.
