Job summary

Bruker Nan o Surfaces and Metrology Division is seeking a Value Stream Lead at Eden Prairie, MN. You will supervise assembly, calibrate and test electro-mechanical systems, mentor team members, and coordinate material flow to meet production schedules.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Engineering for new products, process improvements, and maintaining high quality standards. Moderate lifting and exposure to machinery are expected.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a manufacturing environment with precision assembly.
• Associate’s or BS degree in Electronics, Manufacturing Technology or equivalent.
• Moderate walking, standing, lifting; exposure to machinery and hazardous conditions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily work activities to ensure production orders, repair work, and delivery commitments are met.
• Perform precision assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of electro-mechanical components and systems.
• Train and mentor new and existing employees on assembly processes, test procedures, repair procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Monitor material availability, manage work order flow, and ensure accurate movement of materials and documentation through the value stream.
• Collaborate with Engineering to support new product introductions, prototype builds, and implementation of design or process changes.
