Qualifications

• 5+ years of combined experience in financial modeling, value case development, or business case analysis.
• Proven track record presenting financial models to senior leadership and C-suite.
• Experience quantifying business impact of technology or AI investments with P&L focus.

Responsibilities

• Define value KPIs for transformation programs and ensure standards are applied.
• Build a framework mapping initiatives to quantified outcomes (FTE, cost, revenue, cycle time).
• Develop and maintain financial models covering investment, value, timeline, and risk.
