The role embeds in engagements to size opportunities, develop financial models, and quantify AI-driven value, ensuring every reinvention decision rests on data and ties back to measurable impact.

The position requires leadership in financial analysis, collaboration across cross-functional teams, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of combined experience in financial modeling, value case development, or business case analysis.
• Proven track record building and presenting financial models to senior leadership and the C-suite.
• Experience quantifying business impact of technology or AI investments with rigor.
• Strong data literacy and ability to translate quantitative work into executive narrative.
• Experience collaborating across multidisciplinary teams including consultants, technologists, and change practitioners.

Responsibilities

• Define value KPIs for each transformation program and ensure adoption of standards.
• Build a framework mapping reinvention initiatives to quantified outcomes (FTE, cost, revenue, cycle time).
• Develop and maintain financial models covering investment, value, timeline, and risk.
• Produce value realization reports and surface signals of delivery success or risk.
• Prepare C-suite and Board-level materials translating analysis into executive narrative.
• Apply the Wharton AI value model and Accenture roadmap to size opportunities across speed, capacity, and experience.
