Job summary

Seven Executive Limited in Morrilton is seeking a Value Stream Manager to take ownership of data center project delivery from order intake to project close-out. The ideal candidate will manage scheduling, material readiness, and report key performance indicators. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, strong project delivery skills, and preferably experience in HVAC or data center environments. The role requires regular on-site presence and may involve international travel.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience in HVAC/data center cooling preferred.
• Fluent in English; ERP familiarity is a plus.

Own the end-to-end delivery of mission-critical data centre projects.

We’re looking for a Value Stream Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our Data Center value stream from order intake through production, shipment, and project close-out. If you thrive on bringing Sales, Purchasing, Planning, Manufacturing and Logistics together to deliver on-time, in-full (OTIF) performance, this role is built for you.

With global manufacturing capacity and master purchase agreements with leading hyperscalers, we’re built to grow fast and deliver reliably.

What you’ll own

• Master scheduling, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation
• Material readiness: long-lead components, supplier performance, and escalation
• Reporting KPIs to senior stakeholders: OTIF, lead times, supplier performance, budget adherence

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Industrial Management, Business (or equivalent)
• Background in project delivery and supply chain management (either or both)
• Strong understanding of operations, and MRP / procurement / logistics
• Manufacturing experience preferred in HVAC / data centre cooling; open to other fast-paced environments (e.g., aerospace)
• Fluent English; ERP familiarity (EPICOR a plus); Agile welcomed

Working model

• Regular on-site presence at Morrilton manufacturing site
• International travel may be required (suppliers/projects)
