Job summary

Kearney Italia, Inc. in New York is seeking a talented Analyst or recent graduate to join the Implementation Advisory team. You will support clients in accelerating digital initiatives and contribute to innovative, strategic solutions from definition to implementation.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in engineering or technical fields, fluent Italian and English (C1–C2), and 1–2 years in consultancy, with a passion for technology and change management.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS
• Master’s degree, preferably in Engineering or other technical faculties (105 minimum for Bachelor and Master).
• Fluent Italian and English (C1–C2).
• Max 1–2 years’ experience in consultancy, current position as Business/Digital Analyst.
• Passion for technology, process innovation, tools and change management.
• Willingness to contribute from strategic solutions to implementation and measurement.
