Kearney Italia, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst to support consulting project teams with honest advice and practical guidance to clients. Projects vary in length and location, offering hands-on experiences across industries and service practices.

You will work in an open, agile environment, contribute to thought leadership, assist in business development, and participate in recruiting, training, and mentoring. Fluency in English is required; local language skills are preferred.

• Assist the firm’s business development through generating proposals.
• Contribute to thought leadership and other internal and external reports and articles.
• Participate in firm-building activities, such as recruiting, training, and mentoring.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the success of projects by completing tasks such as gathering and analyzing data and conducting competitor assessment studies.
• Support project workstreams and teams as you work alongside clients from various industries and service practices to create recommendations and implement co-created solutions.
• Assist the firm’s business development through generating proposals.
• Contribute to the development of thought leadership and other internal and external reports and articles.
• Participate in firm building opportunities, e.g. recruiting, training, and mentoring.
