Job summary

Wavepoint 3PL is seeking Value Packline Operators for a fast-paced production environment creating variety packs of juice products. You will stand for an entire 8-hour shift, lifting cartons, sorting flavors, and assembling correct product combinations on a production line.

The role requires English proficiency, reliability, and ability to maintain a steady pace while ensuring quality and safety standards. Opportunities for shift differential and a team-oriented work environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Lift and move cartons of juice from pallets to the production line.
• Sort and organize a variety of juice flavors according to customer pack requirements.
• Create correct variety-pack combinations by removing/rearranging products.
• Repack completed selections into cartons and move through the line for wrapping.
• Assist with stacking and palletizing finished cartons for shipment.
• Maintain a steady production pace as part of the line team.
• Inspect products and cartons for damage and separate damaged items.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Perform other related production duties as assigned.
