Job summary

Wavepoint is hiring a Value Packline Operator to join a fast-paced production team creating variety packs of juice products. This hands-on role requires standing for an entire 8-hour shift and working as part of a production line to assemble, sort, and palletize products.

The position emphasizes safety, efficiency, and teamwork within a manufacturing environment. Candidates should be able to read/understand English and maintain consistent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Lift and move cartons from pallets to the production line.
• Sort and organize juice flavors per pack requirements.
• Create correct variety-pack combinations.
• Repack selections into cartons for wrapping.
• Stack and palletize finished cartons for shipment.
• Maintain steady production pace with the line team.
• Inspect products and cartons for damage.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area.
• Follow safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
