Job summary

Wavepoint 3PL is hiring Value Packline Operators to join a fast-paced production team creating variety packs of juice products. You will stand for an 8-hour shift, lift cartons, sort flavors, assemble correct product combinations, and prepare cartons for wrapping and palletizing.

This hands-on role requires staying on your feet and maintaining a steady pace on the line while following safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, and understand English.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Basic problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required.

Responsibilities

• Lift and move cartons from pallets to the production line.
• Sort and organize juice flavors according to pack requirements.
• Create correct variety-pack combinations and repack into cartons.
• Move completed selections through the line for wrapping and palletizing.
• Assist with stacking and palletizing finished cartons for shipment.
• Maintain steady production pace as part of the line team.
• Inspect products for damage and separate damaged items.
• Keep area clean, safe, and organized.
• Follow safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Perform other related production duties as assigned.
