Job summary

DISCO seeks a Value Engineering Analyst to translate complex metrics into clear business cases that help clients purchase DISCO and empower sales teams. You will collaborate with Value Engineering leadership, Sales Enablement, and Product Marketing to build a scalable value engine.

You will own financial models and pricing tools, deliver training to SDRs and Account Executives, and provide strategic deal support with senior engineers. Your work will directly influence win rates and deal velocity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting, corporate finance, or sales operations.
• Advanced Excel with flexible, logical modeling.
• Ability to turn raw data into structured business narratives.
• Experience improving processes and evaluating tool adoption.

Responsibilities

• Model ownership: build and maintain financial models, pricing calculators, and business case templates.
• Enablement and training delivery for SDRs, Account Executives, and Customer Success Managers.
• Strategic deal support with senior Value Engineers for enterprise pursuits.
• Impact analytics: track and report on win rates, deal velocity, and deal sizes.

Your Impact

The Value Engineering Analyst translates complex legal and operational metrics into clear, digestiblebusiness cases that help our clients buy DISCO and help sales representatives sell it. They partner closelywith Value Engineering leadership, Sales Enablement, and Product Marketing to build a scalable,institutional-grade value engine.

What You'll Do

• Model Ownership: Builds, maintains, and refines DISCO's suite of financial modeling tools, pricingcalculators, and business case templates
• Enablement and Training Delivery: Works closely with Sales Enablement to design and delivertraining that helps SDRs, Account Executives, and Customer Success Managers self-serve baselinevalue assessments
• Strategic Deal Support: Collaborates with senior Value Engineers to perform data analysis, runoperational diagnostics, and package clean, executive deliverables for DISCO's largest enterprisepursuits
• Impact Analytics: Owns data tracking and analytics for the Value Engineering office,demonstrating the direct impact of our team on DISCO's win rates, deal velocity, and deal sizes

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate finance, or sales operations
• Highly proficient in Excel and comfortable building flexible, logical mathematical models
• Ability to take raw, unstructured operational data and package it into a highly structured, visual, and simple business narrative
• Ability to improve business processes and evaluate how tools are adopted and used in daily workflows
