Unit4 is seeking a Solution Consultant to understand customers’ business challenges and articulate value-driven outcomes of our ERP solutions. You will guide customers through the buying journey, tailor demos, and collaborate with Finance, HR, and Executive teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Successful candidates will travel across industries, own discovery sessions, and evolve into an internal expert on Unit4’s Financial Management, Planning, and HR solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, HR, or related field.
• 3+ years' experience in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Payroll, HR, HCM, or Consulting.
• Experience delivering solution demonstrations, workshops and presentations connecting business challenges to value.
• Excellent communication with finance, HR, and executive stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and deliver solution demonstrations, workshops, and presentations for customers.
• Support business case development and discovery sessions.
• Lead solution demonstrations, tenders, and RFP responses.
• Coordinate handovers to onboarding teams and engage partners and SMEs.
• Contribute to product-focused development and knowledge sharing.
