Job summary

Stellantis is seeking an Indirect Purchasing Savings Analyst to join the Global Purchasing Finance team in Auburn Hills, MI. You will shape the Value Creation Program (VCP) by validating, advancing, and tracking high-impact savings opportunities with Purchasing Buyers, VCP stakeholders, and Finance teams.

Responsibilities include reviewing savings initiatives, validating calculations, and ensuring audit-ready documentation while supporting leadership reporting and P&L validation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field required.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience required.
• Experience in automotive or manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Review indirect purchasing savings initiatives tracked through VCP performance.
• Validate savings calculations against baseline contractual values for accuracy.
• Reconcile qualifying VCP savings with the Purchasing Sourcing system.
• Collaborate with Purchasing Buyers and VCP approvers to ensure documentation and approvals are complete.
• Develop and improve standardized templates and processes across teams.
• Support leadership reporting with clear insights on savings progression and impact.
• Assist in final profit and loss validation of approved savings initiatives.
