Better Health Group is seeking a Provider Network Development Manager to grow and manage an affiliate provider network across Jacksonville, FL, and surrounding regions. The role focuses on identifying, engaging, and contracting with primary care practices to expand the value-based care network.

The incumbent will develop market-specific growth strategies, manage a robust pipeline, and negotiate terms to secure new partnerships, with significant travel required across the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
• 5+ years in healthcare contracting, business development, or provider recruitment.
• Experience with value-based care models and contracting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory-specific business development strategies for affiliate networks.
• Build a pipeline of prospective provider practices through outreach and networking.
• Negotiate contract terms and coordinate execution of agreements.
• Educate providers on value-based care models and ACOs.
• Travel up to 50% within the territory.
