Job summary

Partners in Digital Health in Seattle, WA, seeks an experienced Physician Assistant for outpatient primary care spanning pediatric to geriatric patients. You will manage your own patient panel, seeing patients in the clinic, testing centers, and occasionally via telehealth, averaging about 16 patients per day.

• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and ongoing learning opportunities.
• Collaborate daily with in-office teammates through huddles and coordinated care discussions.
• Perform in-office procedures as appropriate.

A well-established value-based primary care clinic in Seattle (downtown), Washington, is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join its team, seeing pediatric through geriatric patients. Compensation & Benefits

• The base salary for this role is $146,000-$155,250 annually. However, actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate

Position Details

• Outpatient only
• Pediatric, Adult, and Geriatric patients
• Mix of well visits and acute care
• Average of 16 patients per day
• Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm

What You'll Be Working On

• Managing your own patient panel with a wide range of needs, including acute, chronic, and preventive care
• Treating patients in the office, in testing centers, and occasionally via telehealth

• Collaborating daily with in-office teammates through huddles and coordinated care discussions
• Utilizing your clinical training and performing in-office procedures as appropriate

Qualifications

• NCCPA Certified
• In the past 5 years, must have practiced as a Physician Assistant for at least 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a year of primary care fellowship or 1+ years in an urgent care setting
