Job summary

Enterprise Medical Recruiting seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner for an outpatient primary care position in Boston, MA. The NP will join a value-based care clinic and contribute to high-quality patient relationships and excellent work-life balance.

The role includes seeing patients ages 14 and up, with a mix of wellness visits, preventive care, and same-day sick visits. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with administrative time flexibility.

Qualifications

• Current Adult Nurse Practitioner or Family Nurse Practitioner certification
• Active Massachusetts Nurse Practitioner license or ability to obtain
• Minimum of: Two (2) years of primary care experience, or One (1) year of urgent care experience plus one (1) year of primary care experience

A respected value-based care clinic in Boston, MA, is seeking an experiencedNurse Practitionerto join its primary care team and seepatients ages 14 and up. Position Highlights

• Outpatient-only practice
• Mix of wellness visits, preventive care, and same-day sick visits
• Average patient volume of 16-18 patients per day
• Full-time schedule, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• 32 hours of patient care and 8 hours of administrative time weekly
• Flexibility to complete administrative time remotely
• Positive team culture with a focus on provider satisfaction and quality patient outcomes

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $145,400 – $154,500 annually
