Alliance Recruiting Resources is assisting a Boston-based value-based care clinic in recruiting an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join its family medicine team, delivering care from pediatric through geriatric patients.

This outpatient-only role emphasizes strong patient relationships, high-quality care, and excellent work-life balance within a supportive practice with low turnover.

Qualificações

• Current Family Nurse Practitioner certification.
• Active Massachusetts Nurse Practitioner license or ability to obtain.
• Two years of primary care experience, or one year urgent care plus one year primary care experience.

A respected value-based care clinic in Boston, MA, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join its family medicine team and care for pediatric through geriatric patients. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who values high-quality care, strong patient relationships, and an outstanding work-life balance in a supportive practice environment with low turnover.

Position Highlights

• Outpatient-only practice
• Mix of wellness visits, preventive care, and same-day sick visits
• Average patient volume of 16-18 patients per day
• Full-time schedule, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• 32 hours of patient care and 8 hours of administrative time weekly
• Flexibility to complete administrative time remotely
• Positive team culture with a focus on provider satisfaction and quality patient outcomes

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $145,400 - $154,500 annually
