Job summary

Complete Health is seeking a compassionate Primary Care Physician (FM/IM) to join our outpatient practice in Westminster, Colorado. This physician-led, value-based setting emphasizes patient-centered care and team collaboration.

The position offers a base salary of $253,000–$276,000 with productivity incentives, sign-on and relocation assistance, PTO, CME, health/dental/vision coverage, retirement benefits, and malpractice coverage.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (FM or IM)
• Active, unrestricted Colorado medical license (or ability to obtain licensure prior to start)
• Commitment to practicing value-based, patient-centered primary care
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based care model
