Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or direct and applicable work experience.
• 4+ years of healthcare industry experience with quality data analysis.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.
• Effective consultation skills to persuade and influence decision makers.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to present to executives.
• Analytical, problem solving and strategic thinking for vendors and internal teams.
• Self-starter capable of independent work and collaboration on teams.
• Strong organization and prioritization to manage multiple projects.
• Documentation of processes and procedures; following established guidelines.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access).
• Travel up to 10%; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with healthcare organizations to develop action plans and benchmarks.
• Monitor provider performance for value-based programs and total cost of care.
• Negotiate complex value-based contracts with stakeholders and providers.
• Execute and implement new value-based models with health care partners.
• Assess external environment for value-based contracting trends and provide analysis.
• Serve as liaison to health care organizations on contract issues and strategy.
• Support corporate initiatives related to engagement, quality and efficiency.
