Qualifications

• 7+ years in healthcare with provider contract experience.
• Proven ability to negotiate complex provider contracts and manage relationships.
• Experience in network analytics and performance preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex provider network contract negotiations with strategic focus.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and performance for the network team.
• Develop strategic plans for network expansion and cost management.
• Interpret claims trends and market data to inform contracting decisions.
• Collaborate across departments to align contracting with enterprise goals.
