The practice emphasizes continuity, preventive care, and strong patient-provider relationships, with a Monday–Friday schedule and some clinics offering extended hours. The role offers a guaranteed base salary of $240,000 plus up to 20% annual performance bonus, plus a monthly stipend of $1,250 per Nurse Practitioner

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (ABIM/ABFM).
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in primary care or urgent care.
• Spanish language skills strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered medical care.
• Perform comprehensive initial assessments and risk evaluations.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostics, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans.
• Provide preventive care and patient education.
• Refer patients to specialists as needed.
