Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) in Dallas, TX is seeking a skilled Family or Internal Medicine Physician for a 100% outpatient, value-based care clinic.

You will manage acute and chronic conditions, emphasize preventive care, and collaborate with specialists; there is a guaranteed base salary of $240,000 with up to 20% annual bonus, plus $1,250 per NP supervised, CME allowance, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine (ABIM) or Family Medicine (ABFM).
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in primary care or urgent care.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• Active Texas medical license and DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered medical care.
• Perform comprehensive initial assessments, including histories and risk evaluations.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide preventive care and patient education to support long-term health goals.
• Refer patients to specialists for advanced or complex care as appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
• Supervise Nurse Practitioners when applicable (additional monthly stipend provided).
• Maintain punctuality to ensure patients are seen as scheduled.
