Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a physician-led, value-based primary care organization in Green Valley, AZ.

The practice focuses on preventive care, chronic disease management, and coordinated treatment for adults and seniors. You will work with Nurse Practitioners, Care Managers, Pharmacists, and Social Workers in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Active Arizona medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Current DEA registration.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care services for adult patients.
• Diagnose and manage acute, chronic, and complex medical conditions.
• Interpret diagnostic tests and coordinate specialty referrals when appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Promote preventive care, wellness, and chronic disease management.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient engagement programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely Electronic Medical Record documentation.
