Competenze

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine; candidates within 5 years of residency eligible.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in primary care or urgent care setting; supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• Active Texas medical license; DEA license in good standing.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join our 100% outpatient, value-based care clinic in Irving, TX. Our physicians manage both acute and chronic conditions, while also coordinating comprehensive care in collaboration with specialists. This role emphasizes continuity, preventive care, and strong patient-provider relationships.

Position Highlights:

• Reports to clinicalleadership
• Value-based care modelfocused on quality outcomes
• Outpatient clinic settingserving patients 18+
• Supported by a dedicatedMedical Assistant and clinic team
• Monday–Friday schedule (someclinics offer extended hours)
• Guaranteed base salary of$240,000 with up to 20% annual performance bonus
• Monthly compensation forsupervising Nurse Practitioners: $1,250/NP
• CME allowance and paid CMEhours
• 401(k) with company match
• Paid time off andcomprehensive benefits package (see attachment)
• Eligible for sign-on bonus

Key Responsibilities:
