Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field required.
• 2–4 years of experience in healthcare quality reporting or a related field.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Excellent client facing skills and commitment to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Experience planning, facilitating, and leading group meetings.
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter while managing multiple clients.
• Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary consultant and account lead for assigned clients/practices, ensuring compliance with mandated reporting requirements and submission timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align client strategies, ensure seamless execution, and drive performance outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to QCDR guidelines, maintaining full regulatory compliance.
• Analyze baseline quality data, identify performance gaps, and recommend improvement strategies.
• Lead regular virtual client meetings to review data and provide strategic guidance.
• Interpret CMS regulations, MIPS specs, and program updates for clients and stakeholders.
• Provide training and guidance to clients on reporting requirements and use of technology for data collection.
• Collaborate with IT to prepare, validate, and submit data via submission protocols.
• Deliver insights and recommendations to strengthen client compliance and reporting performance.
• Support clients in leveraging EMR systems to optimize performance.
