Sharecare is seeking a remote Full-time healthcare quality reporting consultant who will serve as the primary consultant for assigned clients, overseeing relationships and performance outcomes, and ensuring timely, accurate reporting across MIPS and other payer contracts.

You will work with cross-functional teams, apply CMS regulations, lead client meetings, train clients on reporting, and help optimize EMR data submission to improve compliance and performance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field (required).
• 2–4 years of experience in healthcare quality reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent client-facing skills and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Experience planning, facilitating, and leading group meetings.
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter while managing multiple clients.
• Effective problem solving skills and critical thinking.
• Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary consultant and account lead for assigned clients/practices, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align client strategies and drive performance outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to QCDR guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze baseline quality data, identify performance gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Lead regular virtual client meetings to review data and provide strategic guidance.
• Interpret CMS regulations and MIPS specifications for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Provide training on reporting requirements and use of technology for data collection and submissions.
• Collaborate with IT to prepare, validate, and submit data using approved protocols.
• Promote continuous improvement by delivering insights and recommendations.
• Support clients in leveraging EMR systems to optimize interoperability performance.
• Conduct random chart audits and generate validation reports.
