Job summary

Sharecare is seeking a remote healthcare quality reporting consultant who will act as primary liaison for assigned clients, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant reporting across quality programs such as MIPS.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, interpret CMS regulations, provide training, and drive performance improvements while supporting EMR-enabled interoperability and data submission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field (required).
• 2–4 years of experience in healthcare quality reporting or a related field.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent client-facing skills and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Experience planning, facilitating, and leading group meetings.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple clients.
• Effective problem solving and critical thinking.
• Ability to handle confidential materials and information professionally.
• Excellent computer skills including Excel, Word, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary consultant and account lead for assigned clients, ensuring timely reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align client strategies and drive performance.
• Ensure compliance with QCDR guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze data to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
• Lead regular virtual client meetings to review data and guide performance.
• Interpret CMS regulations and communicate changes to clients and stakeholders.
• Provide training on reporting requirements and use of data tools.
• Work with IT to prepare, validate, and submit data.
• Deliver insights and recommendations to strengthen compliance.
• Support clients in leveraging EMR systems to improve interoperability metrics.
• Conduct chart audits and generate reports to validate data.
• Assist with interpreting adjudications and feedback for stakeholders.
