Job summary

Sharecare in Salt Lake City seeks a senior healthcare quality consultant to guide clients through MIPS and other reporting programs, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant data submission across payer contracts.

You will lead client relationships, analyze baseline data, coordinate with cross-functional teams, provide strategic guidance, train clients on reporting requirements and EMR usage, and stay current with CMS updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in healthcare quality reporting or related field.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent client facing skills and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Experience planning, facilitating, and leading group meetings.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple clients.
• Effective problem solving and critical thinking.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary consultant and account lead for assigned clients/practices, ensuring compliance with mandated reporting requirements and submission timelines.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to align client strategies and drive performance outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to QCDR guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze baseline quality data and identify performance gaps for improvement.
• Lead regular virtual client meetings to review data and provide strategic guidance.
• Interpret CMS regulations and program updates; communicate changes to clients and stakeholders.
• Provide training on reporting requirements and use of technology for data collection and submissions.
• Collaborate with IT to prepare, validate, and submit data using authorized protocols.
• Deliver insights and tools to strengthen client compliance and reporting performance.
• Support clients in leveraging EMR systems to optimize Promoting Interoperability performance.
• Conduct random chart audits and generate reports to validate data accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with interpreting final adjudications and feedback from quality program agencies.
