Centene is seeking a Provider Engagement Account Executive to develop and maintain strategic partnerships between the health plan and contracted provider networks to advance value-based care and improve member outcomes.

You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering data-driven insights, education, and performance improvement strategies across VBPs, including quality and pay-for-performance initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years in managed care, provider relations, quality improvement, utilization management, or clinical operations.
• Executive-level exposure and ability to influence outcomes and drive provider performance.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary strategic partner for hospital systems, multispecialty groups, and large primary care organizations in value-based arrangements.
• Provide guidance on VBP program design, metrics, reporting tools, and financial methodologies.
• Deliver training and ongoing support to provider organizations and health plan teams for VBP programs and reporting processes.
• Manage VBP contract portfolio, resolve operational issues, and support payment execution.
• Analyze datasets using Excel and dashboards to identify performance trends and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and deliver executive-level presentations translating provider performance data into actionable insights.
