Job summary

Centene Management Company LLC is seeking a Provider Engagement Account Executive to develop and maintain strategic partnerships between the health plan and contracted provider networks. You will advance value-based care initiatives, improve provider performance, and enhance member outcomes.

This role requires delivering data-driven insights, coaching providers and internal teams, and guiding contract portfolios and VBP programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
Master's degree preferred in Public Health, Health Administration or MBA.
Five or more years of managed care or medical group experience, provider relations, quality improvement, utilization management, or clinical operations.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary strategic partner for hospital systems and large provider groups in value-based arrangements.
Act as VBP SME, guiding design, reporting tools, metrics, and financial methodologies.
Deliver training and ongoing support to provider organizations and internal teams on VBP programs.
Manage VBP contract portfolio, resolve data discrepancies, and support payments.
Analyze datasets with Excel and dashboards to identify trends and risks and propose improvements.
